Campbeltown

A limited edition of Hazelburn from the fine folks of Springbank. Hazelburn is their un-peated, triple-distilled whisky, and this small batch release matured for 15 years in an Oloroso sherry cask. It has been bottled at a stout 55.8% with no added colour and no chill filtration. Official Tasting Notes Nose –  Notes of cherry menthol, red cola, datesyrup and black forest gateaux welcome usto this fully Oloroso matured Hazelburn.Soft fudge and caramel notes develop over time. Palate –  Rich yet balanced on the palate, there arenotes of toffee apple, leather-bound books,demerara sugar and creme brulee. Finish –  A lingering finish, there are notes ofrum-soaked raisins and vanilla sponge.Produced at the Springbank distillery, Hazelburn is a triple distilled, unpeated Single Malt Whisky.
