The Singleton 12 Year Old 40% 70cl
Dufftown distillery was built in the late 1800's. For most of its history, it has been used in Bell's blended whisky, but some does get released as single malt, including this bottling. A light, easy going malt. This 12yo is a stunning liquid not be confused with The Singleton (no age statement)
Official Tasting Notes
Nose – Nutty and fruity aromas. Adding water brings out more sweet, syrupy notes.
Palate – Crunchy nut notes, rich notes, blackcurrant, brown sugar and espresso coffee.
Inchmoan Single Malt Scotch Whisky 12Yo 46% Vol 70Cl
Inchmoan is the peated single malt produced at Loch Lomond. The 12 Year Old is sweet and spicy with notes of vanilla and a smoky backbone.
Edradour 2013 10 Year Old SFTC FF Sherry Butts 59.9% 50cl
This 2013 vintage from Edradour has fully matured for 10 years in sherry butts. It has been bottled at full cask strength with no added colour or chill filtration as part of their Straight from the Cask series.
Aberfeldy Malt Scotch Whisky 12Yo 40% Vol 70Cl
Aberfeldy, the heart of Dewar's blend, is one of the lesser seen Scottish single malts. A beautiful distillery, and a very easy drinking drop
GLENGOYNE Malt Scotch Whisky 10YO 43% VOL 70CL
Based between Glasgow and Loch Lomond, Glengoyne distill slowly (allowing for maximum copper contact meaning fruity new spirit), and age in ex sherry butts. The base spirit is distilled from entirely unpeated barley, which is very unusual. Owned by the family spirit merchants, Ian Macleod
Tullibardine Sovereign 43% 70cl
Tullibardine’s Signature Single Malt has been matured in first-fill ex-Bourbon Barrels. The Sovereign is beautifully golden with its floral, sweet barley notes and subtle hints of vanilla. On the finish there is fudge, pear drops and soft spice.
