GLENFIDDICH MALT SCOTCH WHISKY SOLERA RESERVE 15YO 40% VOL
Glenfiddich are the best selling Single Malt in the World, and there is a reason for this; they have remarkable levels of consistency, and people really like the taste. Simple really. The 15 is innovative, in that it is a Solera Vatting, which means they continually pour 15 year old Glenfiddich into a large oak vat, where it mingles with Glenfiddich 15 from previous years. They never let this vat empty, creating a complex mixture of older vintage 15 year old Glenfiddich. It produces a fruity, rich and vibrant dram.

Palate – Layers of sherried oak, marzipan, cinnamon and ginger. A rich and sweet finish

We like this whisky, and respect the way Loch Lomond Distillers have ignored the nay-sayers and put together a great non-age statement whisky mixing together casks that you genuinely believe are carefully selected. Good job. Aged in bourbon, first-fill ex-Pedro Ximenez and heavily charred American oak casks.
Raasay Single Malt Cask Strength 61.3% 70cl
A cask strength bottling of Raasay's core release. Peated Concerto barley is fermented for between 3 and 5 days, with the spirit being aged in a combination of 1st fill ex-Rye whiskey casks, new Chinkapin oak, and first fill Bordeaux red wine casks. The full process from distillation to bottling occurs on the Isle of Raasay!
