A limited 2005 vintage single malt from The Dalmore. Spirit was initially matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks and was then transferred into two different types of casks; Matusalem Sherry, and casks that previously held a 2005 Vintage Sherry.
Each year, the makers at The Dalmore meticulously evaluate their cask holdings and hand select only a small batch from each year. These are the casks that make up the Vintage Collection.

Nose – Dark chocolate, salted caramel, antique leather and rich orange citrus.
Palate – Rich cacao, blood orange, dark fruits, marzipan and moist ginger cake.
Finish – Madagascan vanilla, Seville orange, rich nuttiness and long dry chocolate complexities

This limited edition Ledaig is a collaboration between Tobermory distillery and Mull born wildlife cameraman Gordon Buchanan, in aid of the Mull & Iona Community Trust. Three types of cask (Bourbon, Port and Wine) were used in the production of the Triple Wood, which is presented at 53.8%. Global release of 7000 bottles

Colour – Polished Mahogany
Nose – Sweet nose with notes of poached pears dusted with cinnamon, creamy butterscotch and American cream soda.
Palate – An initial burst of apple strudel an vanilla ice cream is balanced with cracked black pepper, wood smoke, toasted oak and treacle toffee.
Finish – Lingering smoky finish with cloves and a touch of maple syrup
One of two limited releases from Bunnahabhain for the 2024 Fèis Ìle. First distilled in 1999, the spirit has undergone a series of sherry cask finishes; in November 2009 Amontillado casks, in June 2011 Oloroso casks, and finally in September 2019 in Manzanilla casks. The whisky was bottled at 23 years old, and is one of 4002 bottles at 53.3%.

Nose – Freshly baked almond pastries are met with sweet berries, creamy fudge, rose petals and a hint of desiccated coconut
Palate – Fresh vanilla pods, butterscotch and creamy strawberries are balanced with honeyed cashews, wood spice and a gentle hint of tobacco
Finish – Dry finish with pine needles and blackcurrants
One of two limited release Bunnahabhains for the 2024 Fèis Ìle. This spirit began maturation on the 26th of May 2009 in Bourbon Casks. It was then transferred on the 17th of November 2020 into Ruby Port Hogsheads for a lengthy finishing period. It is presented at a natural ABV of 58.7%.

Colour – Copper
Nose – Initial burst of dark chocolate which fades to reveal toasted oak, cherries, plums and raspberries, with a hint of carmelised walnuts
Palate – Spicy but sweet, with cinnamon and nutmeg intertwined with pain au chocolat, redcurrants, pomegranate and sweet malt.
Finish – Lingering finish with cocoa and spice
For the 2024 edition of Loch Gorm, the team at Kilchoman used spirit distilled in 2014 at a peat level of 50 ppm. Maturation took place in 23 Oloroso Sherry butts, sourced from Bodega Jose y Miguel Martin.

Nose – Waves of sweet BBQ smoke and cooked fruits with dark chocolate and dried figs.
Palate – Delicate peat smoke combined with honey roasted nuts, cinnamon and malted barley.
Finish – Fresh notes of citrus and rich toffee.
This single malt from Glen Moray is the 1st Edition in the Harbour Series, cask collection, with the title “Findochty”, a bay close to Portknockie. The Speyside single cask whisky was distilled in 2008 and spent 14 years slumbering in a first fill bourbon barrel before it was bottled in 2022, at cask strength, and without chill filtration. An outturn of only 280 bottles. 1st bottling in a set of 3.
Celebrate the distinctive character of Glenfarclas Highland Single Malt with this limited 15 year old edition, commemorating the distillery’s sponsorship of Cheltenham racecourse. Limited to 3,000 bottles, this special release is presented in clear glass, allowing Glenfarclas’s natural colour to shine through—a notable departure from the customary dark glass used for their 15 year old bottling, rendering it an extraordinary collectible.
Tasting Note by Glenfarclas:
Nose: Complex, sherried, deliciously peated, light butterscotch aromas, with a hint of dried fruit.
Palate: Full bodied with a superb balance of sherried sweetness, malty tones and peaty flavours.
Finish: Long lasting, gloriously sherried, sweet, gently smoky, and distinguished.
A 15 year old Bruichladdich, drawn from a privately owned single cask. The unpeated Islay spirit was filled into a bourbon cask in 2006, and has been bottled at an undiluted strength of 58.2%.
Despite the minimalist label design, this bottling impressed the members of our purchasing team, who called it a ‘classic example of modern era Bruichladdich
This 2013 vintage from Edradour has fully matured for 10 years in sherry butts. It has been bottled at full cask strength with no added colour or chill filtration as part of their Straight from the Cask series.
