A combination of 5 specially selected 2010 vintage ex bourbon casks from the famous farm to bottle distillery Daftmill. Daftmill Farm and Distillery is located just outside Cupar in a beautiful part of Fife.
The Cuthbert family grow all the barley used to make their whisky, and sometimes produce as little as 100 casks in a year. These 5 casks were chosen for The Daftmill Distillery Unofficial Fans Facebook group, bottled at a cask strength of 59.5%.

Wick, the home of Old Pulteney, in the far North of Scotland, was once one of the main herring fishing hubs in Europe. Folks would say it had silver and gold (fish and whisky). The herring have gone, but Old Pulteney whisky still endures. Short squat pot stills produce quite an oily spirit, that is then filled into mainly ex bourbon casks, to produce this fresh, sweet, easy drinking dram.

Inspired by the expressive nature of Mull, we add a splash of spirit from the Tobermory whisky stills to create a unique character for our award winning gin. Distilled on the island with a rich palate of hand-selected botanicals including juniper, tea, heather, elderflower, sweet orange peel, and just a little bit of knowledge from our 220 years of history.
Tobermory Gin starts life as a blank canvas. The base spirit we use has been distilled over and over until it is just that. Clean, fresh and ready to take on a colourful array of flavour.
All of the botanicals are steeped for a minimum of 24 hours in our base spirit. This is made up of blank canvas (Grain Neutral Spirit) and our very own spirit from our Tobermory whisky stills.
Ben Lomond Scottish Gin 70cl
Inspired by the pure beauty of the eponymous mountain, Ben Lomond is a Scottish gin through and through! It boasts 11 botanicals, including locally hand-picked blackcurrants and rowan berries, alongside Szechuan pepper, rose petals and liquorice root. The gin is named for the 3,196 feet mountain that overlooks the Trossachs National Park in Loch Lomond, which you can spot on the label too. Garnish this one with fresh blackberries and you're good to go.
