A collaboration between Macallan and Nini Sum - an artist based out of Shanghai and Berlin. Designed to be the perfect dram to bring in the New Year. Like all Macallan bottlings this underwent meticulous cask selection, with first-fill bourbon barrels, European and American sherry-seasoned oak casks making up this bottling.

The 2023 bottling of Macallan 30 Year Old Double Cask. It was matured in a combination of American and European oak casks, both of which have been sherry seasoned.
Official Tasting Notes
Nose – Fresh honeycomb, sweet toffee, red apple, fig and vanilla pod.
Palate – A smooth melody of cinnamon, ginger, Madagascan vanilla, dried fruits and oak.
Finish – Sweet oak, soft spice and toffee.

Nose – Beautifully balanced light floral notes from lotus and geranium flowers dance between hints of fresh meadow grass and peeled apple skin.
Palate – An energizing zing from tangy lemon rind and grapefruit meet the delicate subtle sweetness of glazed fruits an spice from root ginger.
Laphroaig Malt Scotch Whisky 10Yo Sherry Finish 48% Vol 70cl
A brand new addition to Laphroaig's core range, this 10 year old whisky has been finished in Oloroso sherry casks adding a layer of dark chocolate, leather and caramel onto the distillery's signature medicinal peat smoke
Glen Scotia 9 Year Old Unpeated Fino Sherry Finish 2024 Festival 56.2% 70cl

Loch Lomond Open Special Edition 2024 Chardonnay Finish 46% 70cl
A Loch Lomond single malt produced with their golf ambassador, Colin Montgomerie, for the the 152nd Open at Royal Troon. The spirit was matured in American Oak casks and finished in Chardonnay wine casks.

Nose – Lemon citrus, green apple, pear, vanilla
Palate – Vibrant orchard fruit, fresh peach and pear, blossom honey and toasted oak.
Finish – Medium length with cinnamon spice and soft smoke
Dalmore 16 Year Old Luminary 2024 48.6% 70cl
The second of a three-part series from Dalmore distillery, this expression was made in collaboration with Zaha Hadid Architects. The spirit was matured over 16 years in a selection of American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, and then finished in Graham's Tawny Port Pipes and Apostoles sherry casks. Unusually for Dalmore, it contains a very small amount of peated spirit.
One of 20,000 bottles.

Nose – Manuka honey, crème brulee, antique leather, delicate tropical notes of pomegranate, guava, and cherry blossom
Palate – Ripe figs, Seville oranges, forest fruits, passion fruit, lightly roasted Colombian coffee, fermented black limes, and brioche
Finish – Fresh roasted chestnuts, sweet wood spices, dark cacao, and Alphonso mangoes with a delicate whisper of herbal wood smoke
Raasay Single Malt Cask Strength 61.3% 70cl
A cask strength bottling of Raasay's core release. Peated Concerto barley is fermented for between 3 and 5 days, with the spirit being aged in a combination of 1st fill ex-Rye whiskey casks, new Chinkapin oak, and first fill Bordeaux red wine casks. The full process from distillation to bottling occurs on the Isle of Raasay!

Lightly peated balanced with rich dark fruit flavours. Honey gold in colour with hints of red wine hues
Arran 2010 13 Year Old Small Batch Port Pipes UK Exclusive 53.2% 70cl
A small batch release composed of hand-selected casks by Stewart Bowman, Arran's Distillery Manager. The spirit was matured in ex-Port Pipes for its full 13 years. 1286 bottles were vatted from the casks
Kilchoman Batch Strength 57% 70cl
A new high strength addition to Kilchoman's stellar core range. The Batch Strength is matured in a combination of re-charred red wine, oloroso sherry and bourbon casks, and is slightly diluted to a consistent bottling strength of 57%.

Nose – Red fruits, fresh cherries, heather blossom, and intense peat smoke.
Palate – Toffee, rich spices, vanilla, and lasting peat smoke.
Finish – Silky viscosity with fresh crumpets, butter and honey
Aberlour 33 Year Old Whisky Sponge 92 49.7% 70cl
We are very happy to present the first Decadent Drinks bottling of Aberlour. This bottling is a vatting of two fantastic casks, one from 1991 and one from 1989. It is presented at full cask strength.
Official Tasting Notes
Nose – layers of soft, honeyed waxes, pollens, beeswax, furniture oils, background green fruits and baked apples. Add to that some lanolin, white pepper and fruit salad juices. A really expressive and hugely enjoyable style.
Palate – great, textural arrival, with a lot of flower nectar, beeswax and flower honey impressions. Also olive oil, juniper, cedar wood and dried exotic fruits. Superb maturity and still wonderfully lively and vibrant.
Finish – long, elegantly fruity, with heather honeys, sweet dark ales, dried herbs and aged fruit liqueurs
Tomintoul 16 Year Old 40% 70cl
Tomintoul has upped the age on the Portwood Finish from 12 to 15 for this limited release. Full bodied and rich with lots of red-fruit notes, this is a very approachable yet complex whisky.
