A limited 2005 vintage single malt from The Dalmore. Spirit was initially matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks and was then transferred into two different types of casks; Matusalem Sherry, and casks that previously held a 2005 Vintage Sherry.
Each year, the makers at The Dalmore meticulously evaluate their cask holdings and hand select only a small batch from each year. These are the casks that make up the Vintage Collection.

Deanston Malt Scotch Whisky Kentucky Cask
Deanston Kentucky Cask Single Malt Whisky is matured in hand-selected first & second fill ex-bourbon casks.
Reminiscent of a quick chew of butter toffee, then a slug of American cream soda. Neat or mixed, enjoy any damn way you please.
Over ice, it may go a little cloudy. Don't panic, our soft-filtration process leaves in flavours, that harsher filtration may remove, leaving it jam-packed with sweet & smooth character.
