Colour – Polished Mahogany
Nose – Sweet nose with notes of poached pears dusted with cinnamon, creamy butterscotch and American cream soda.
Palate – An initial burst of apple strudel an vanilla ice cream is balanced with cracked black pepper, wood smoke, toasted oak and treacle toffee.
Finish – Lingering smoky finish with cloves and a touch of maple syrup

Peated Concerto barley is fermented for between 3 and 5 days, with the spirit being aged in a combination of 1st fill ex-Rye whiskey casks, new Chinkapin oak, and first fill Bordeaux red wine casks. The full process from distillation to bottling occurs on the Isle of Raasay!
