After a few years hiatus Glengoyne reintroduced the popular 15yo to their core range. In contrast to their other main releases, the 15yo contains less sherry influence with around 25% of the final recipe sourced from first fill sherry casks. First fill and refill bourbon casks form the rest of this release, lending a different perspective on Glengoyne's usually rich style.

Nose – Expect malt flour, fresh hay, dried fruits, citrus and rosehip.
Palate – Clean with a gentle sweetness, a hint of tropical fruit, candied lemon, cinnamon, vanilla and apple pie

Benromach 21 year is created from first-fill sherry and bourbon casks left to mature for over two decades. This release gives us sweet sherry aromas and a subtle spice, Seville orange and raspberry along with a soft smoky finish we are used to from the Speyside distillery.
Springbank-Hazelburn Campbeltown Single Malt 15 year old Whisky oloroso
A limited edition of Hazelburn from the fine folks of Springbank. Hazelburn is their un-peated, triple-distilled whisky, and this small batch release matured for 15 years in an Oloroso sherry cask. It has been bottled at a stout 55.8% with no added colour and no chill filtration.
Official Tasting Notes
Nose – Notes of cherry menthol, red cola, datesyrup and black forest gateaux welcome usto this fully Oloroso matured Hazelburn.Soft fudge and caramel notes develop over time.
Palate – Rich yet balanced on the palate, there arenotes of toffee apple, leather-bound books,demerara sugar and creme brulee.
Finish – A lingering finish, there are notes ofrum-soaked raisins and vanilla sponge.Produced at the Springbank distillery, Hazelburn is a triple distilled, unpeated Single Malt Whisky.
