Inspired by the expressive nature of Mull, we add a splash of spirit from the Tobermory whisky stills to create a unique character for our award winning gin. Distilled on the island with a rich palate of hand-selected botanicals including juniper, tea, heather, elderflower, sweet orange peel, and just a little bit of knowledge from our 220 years of history.
Tobermory Gin starts life as a blank canvas. The base spirit we use has been distilled over and over until it is just that. Clean, fresh and ready to take on a colourful array of flavour.
All of the botanicals are steeped for a minimum of 24 hours in our base spirit. This is made up of blank canvas (Grain Neutral Spirit) and our very own spirit from our Tobermory whisky stills.

It boasts 11 botanicals, including locally hand-picked blackcurrants and rowan berries, alongside Szechuan pepper, rose petals and liquorice root. The gin is named for the 3,196 feet mountain that overlooks the Trossachs National Park in Loch Lomond, which you can spot on the label too. Garnish this one with fresh blackberries and you’re good to go.

King’s Hill Dry Gin 70cl
£40.00King’s Hill Gin is a small batch Scottish gin combining traditional gin botanicals including juniper, orris root and coriander with botanicals handpicked from the Pentland Hills including gorse, heather and elderflower. The result is a clean, smooth, slightly sweet, full-bodied gin.
The name comes from a bet between King Robert the Bruce and Sir William ‘The Crusader’ Sinclair of Roslin. The wager – to catch the elusive white Pentland Stag – was won by Sinclair who named the hill side in the King’s honour. Created with botanicals grown high in the hill that he won from the king, King’s Hill Gin is a salute to the Crusader.
Made in batches of around 200 bottles in Marion, a traditional Iberian copper pot still, and presented in a beautiful blue bottle with a diamond effect which is a nod to the royal inspiration behind the gin.
