Loch Lomond Signature is a delux blend matured luxuriously slowly before being married and conditioned in their 100 barrel cask Solera. The Solera system combines Olorosso Sherry casks, American Oak cask which have been recharrred to create an intensity and smoothness of character. It has all the aroma of a fine wine, with a subtle hint of sherry to compliment the fruity notes. It’s malt galore on the taste buds, a touch of warming spices lifting the flavour. The fruity hint appears next to finish, with a touch of sweetness and a smoky character that merely teases.
