This 2013 vintage from Edradour has fully matured for 10 years in sherry butts. It has been bottled at full cask strength with no added colour or chill filtration as part of their Straight from the Cask series.
Gin Mg – London Dry Gin 70cl, 40%
A magnificent London Dry Gin from Spanish company Gin MG, formerly specialists in whiskey and brandy but who turned their attention to gin in 1940. While it may lack a bit of subtlety, its oily juniper and fresh lemon notes make it well worth a try.
Glen Scotia 10 Year Old 40% ABV
Aged 10 Years. Classic Campbeltown Malt. Matured in First Fill Bourbon Barrels.Campbeltown Glen Scotia 10 year old is a perfect example of the distillery character and its coastal location. Matured in 100% first fill bourbon barrels, on the nose there is fresh sea spray along with sliced apple, lemon zest and toasted oak. The mouthfeel is like smooth syrup, on the palate there is melted brown sugar, orange marmalade and tangy pineapple with creamy oak vanilla. A wonderfully long finish with gentle ground ginger and cinnamon spiciness. A true taste of Campbelltown.

Glenfarclas 15 Year Old Cheltenham Edition 1 46% 70cl

Nose: Complex, sherried, deliciously peated, light butterscotch aromas, with a hint of dried fruit.
Palate: Full bodied with a superb balance of sherried sweetness, malty tones and peaty flavours.

Nose – Lots of rich sweet toffee with some zesty fresh fruit notes and a lively spiciness.
Palate – A core of classic green fruit character, with the deep sweetness of baked apple and toasted marshmallows. overlaid with soft smoke and wood spice.
Finish – Long-lasting sweetness. Fire Tasting Notes
Taste Note 2
Nose – Billowing soft peat notes, like distant smoke carried on the wind.
Palate – An explosion of smoke, like a campfire built with Highland peat (but no medicinal Island notes). Overlaid with oak notes and deep toffee.
Finish – Lingering smokiness
GLENFIDDICH MALT SCOTCH WHISKY Orchard Experiment 43% 70cl
This experiment teams one of Scotland's largest distillers with the maverick Temperley family of Somerset. Brian Kinsman at Glenfiddich brought to Dufftown a number casks that previously matured Somerset Pomona, which is itself a sweet mix of apple juice and cider brandy spirit. The traditional cider apples have given a fruity kiss to the trademark elegance of the Glenfiddich.
Official Tasting Notes
Nose – Classic Glenfiddich notes of fresh pair and ripe orchard fruits, elevated and accentuated by a finishing period in Somerset Pomona Spirit Casks.
Taste – An initial burst of ripe orchard fruits on the palate softens and develops into sweet creamy toffee, caramelised apple, and woody spice.
Finish – Long-lasting sweetness
Glengoyne 24 Year Old White Oak 47.8% 70cl
Based between Glasgow and Loch Lomond, Glengoyne distill slowly (allowing for maximum copper contact meaning fruity new spirit), and age in ex sherry butts. The base spirit is distilled from entirely unpeated barley, which is very unusual. Owned by the family spirit merchants, Ian Macleod

Kilchoman 2014 Loch Gorm 2024 Release 46% 70cl
For the 2024 edition of Loch Gorm, the team at Kilchoman used spirit distilled in 2014 at a peat level of 50 ppm. Maturation took place in 23 Oloroso Sherry butts, sourced from Bodega Jose y Miguel Martin.

Nose – Waves of sweet BBQ smoke and cooked fruits with dark chocolate and dried figs.
Palate – Delicate peat smoke combined with honey roasted nuts, cinnamon and malted barley.
Finish – Fresh notes of citrus and rich toffee.
Kilchoman Batch Strength 57% 70cl
A new high strength addition to Kilchoman's stellar core range. The Batch Strength is matured in a combination of re-charred red wine, oloroso sherry and bourbon casks, and is slightly diluted to a consistent bottling strength of 57%.

Nose – Red fruits, fresh cherries, heather blossom, and intense peat smoke.
Palate – Toffee, rich spices, vanilla, and lasting peat smoke.
Finish – Silky viscosity with fresh crumpets, butter and honey
