Nose – Fresh honeycomb, sweet toffee, red apple, fig and vanilla pod.
Palate – A smooth melody of cinnamon, ginger, Madagascan vanilla, dried fruits and oak.
Finish – Sweet oak, soft spice and toffee.

Palate – Full and rich, with dried fruits and a hint of wood smoke.

Macallan Rare Cask 2023 Limited Edition 43% Vol 70Cl
The first batch Macallan Rare Cask released in 2019 has been crafted to showcase the complexity and depth of a sherry cask single malt. The combination of sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks, provides a distinctly fruity, woody character that manifests in notes of raisins, vanilla, chocolate and cherries, and a gentle, citrus finish.
CRAIGELLACHIE Malt Scotch Whisky 23YO 46% VOL 70CL
The oldest in the range of Craigellachie single malts, first released in 2014. The distillery is known for its meaty character, and the 23-year-old is sweet and fruity, with an almost herbal spiciness. Awarded the prestigious title of Best Whisky in Show at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2015.
Macallan Malt Scotch Whisky Double Cask 15Yo 43% Vol 70cl
This 15-year-old expression from The Macallan distillery is part of the Double Cask range, which uses both European and American oak casks, seasoned with dry Oloroso sherry. The Whisky Mastery Team selects a balance of spirit from both types of cask to create a whisky with a sweet, warm character. Bottled at 43% abv, this expression has a golden butterscotch colour which comes solely from the casks with no artificial colouring added.

Glen Elgin Malt Scotch Whisky 18Yo
Sophisticated Speysider from the little-known Glen Elgin distillery. Vanilla-toffee sweetness and a splendid fruit salad on the nose, joined by butter, wood and spice on the tongue. This 18-year-old whisky is made by combining whisky matured in two types of casks: sherry-style butts and refill European oak. A balanced and enticing dram.
This whisky was made in experimental fashion and some of the spirit was distilled using a yeast more commonly found in the production of millet beer.
